Poetry

Yearning for freedom
Trapped by stones of the past.
Lost in deep
To a side of interior darkness
A side too shallow to wither
A sun too hot to unravel

The inner light cries for redemption
Yet the calls unseen in darkness
What will become of me?

Round rugged raindrops awake the soul
A feeling obscure
A sensation extraordinary.

A cry once ignored, now found.
A breathe once lost, now revived.

A soul once suffocated, now alive.
